The Robotics Centre is located in the building of the so-called "Old Canteen" near the dormitories of VŠB-TU Ostrava on Studentská Street, Ostrava - Poruba (mapy.cz).
The entrance to the building is from the north-east side, from the courtyard of the J building of the dormitories. Inside the building, after the reception, head in the direction of your specific destination:
Classrooms and offices on the 2nd floor
It concerns the following rooms (as indicated on your schedule):
- T220 (meeting room),
- T221 (lecture room),
- T222 (computer room),
- T223 (computer room),
- offices of the department staff and PhD students.
In the lobby, go left and then take the stairs to the 2nd floor. There, you will find the new Robotics Center, where all the rooms are also located, appropriately labeled.
Laboratories and classrooms on the 1st floor
It concerns the following rooms (as indicated on your schedule):
- T27 (Mechatronic components design laboratory),
- T29G (Laboratory of industrial robotics),
- T29H (Sensory systems laboratory),
- T29CH (Laboratory of service robotics).
In the lobby, head to the right, then through the glass doors to the lower staircase. The entrance to the Robotics Center labs is located at the end of the small hallway, next to the gym.
