  • The programs have been developed for 30 years and are verified at Czech and Slovak engineering faculties and in a number of national and multinational companies.
  • Each program can be easily run (without installation) even from external media. The programs can be freely used outside of study purposes – commercially. However, the author is not responsible for incorrect interpretation and use of the results of these programs. If you find an error in the programs, please report it to .
  • The software is intended for all versions of the Windows operating system. The programs are installation-free and do not interfere with the operating system at all. (EXE-type file, packed into the ZIP-file).

Software eBCD
DMK  Download - software eBCD (ZIP file, 241 kB).
  • Interactive drawing of so cold Blocking Contours Diagram for spur and helical gears (external and internal) and for any basic profile.
  • The principle is to find the addendum modification coefficients ​​of the pinion and the wheel. These must meet a number of restrictions, as well as optimization conditions.
  • The only software of its kind in this field.

eBCD

Software eGeometrie
Geometrie  Download - software eGeometrie (ZIP file, 402 kB).
  • Comprehensive geometric checking of spur and helical (external and internal) and bevel gears (with straight or skew teeth) with any basic rack tooth profile. A backlash created in various ways can be specified.
  • It also serves for checking of meshing parameters and applies basic calculations (demanded center distance, balanced specific slidings, rounded root etc.). Tools can be specified, including a protuberance or chamfering edge.
  • Next component allows to quantify of all gears test dimensions. Very useful is a part which helps with an identification of unknown gears.

eGeometrie

Software eProfile
Profil  Download - software eProfile (ZIP file, 333 kB).
  • Accurate drawing of the selected number of teeth of both gears in a mesh, including root rounding, for spur and helical gears (external and internal). 
  • It is also possible to input a backlash and monitor the contact zone. Tools can be specified, including a protuberance or chamfering edge.
  • It is possible to smoothly enlarge and reduce the image, move and rotate with the wheels. The ability to measure distances is useful. It can be printed in black and white and in color, display parameters can be adjusted as desired.

eProfile

Software eProfileData
ProfilData  Download - software eProfileData (ZIP file, 269 kB).
  • Simple creation of an accurate data file for the input of FEM calculations or accurate drawing of spur and helical gears (external and internal). 
  • For both plane and 3D models. It is possible to choose the density of points on an involute or on a precise root curve. It is also possible to enter a backlash. Tools can be specified, including a protuberance or chamfering edge.
  • The output is an ASCII data file for any number of teeth. The distances among points are equidistant. The file can serve as an input for next calculation (FEM, CAD) after some adaptations.

Software eModule

  • Simple and useful preliminary estimation of gear dimensions of spur and helical gears according to Czech standard. 
  • It also contains data of strength and quality of materials for gears and a table of standard module sizes.
  • However, this program is extended by the estimation calculation for bevel gears and gear racks.

Software eISO
ISO  Download - software eISO (ZIP file, 475 kB).
  • Loading capacity calculation of spur and helical gears (external and internal) according to the ISO 6336 (2006) version. The necessary part of the standard ISO 1328 is also included. 
  • The calculation follows this standard exactly, including the calculation of safety and durability for variable loads for up to 20 levels.
  • Errors in the standard are removed in the program.

eISO

Software Life
Zivot  Download - software Life (ZIP file, 242 kB).
  • Lifetime calculations in hours, revolutions or kilometers for basic machine parts (bearings, gears, shafts, etc.).
  • Calculation of safety and equivalent stress. Calculations take place according to the selected damage accumulation hypothesis. Input possible via direct entry of the spectrum (up to 20 levels) or the spectrum can be calculated.
  • Displays the results in a table or Wöhler’s curve. It is also possible to display the progress of damage on individual levels.

Planeta  Download - software ePlanet (ZIP file, 231 kB).
  • The design of the number of teeth of the basic type of planetary gearbox for all 6 combinations of inputs and outputs, including the differential.
  • The calculation is also performed for non-standard gearing and for any addendum modification coefficients.
  • Basic kinematic and power calculations are also included.
