There is a STE-13-HR-So heater for mechanical testing of thermal insulation up to 1350 °C. There is a Charpy Impact Testing Machine PH 450 J for flexural impact testing of materials. There are forming tools in the laboratory that can be mounted on the test presses located here (e.g., a fixture for performing sheet metal forming tests with a set of draw punches and draw dies). There are also hardness testers to test the hardness of materials according to Rockwell or Brinell, and there are also laboratory furnaces.
